Mystery of the MSDS

Last night Hubby was opening some packaging. We got a few things in the mail: our new kitchen table, some baby care stuff, a new cell phone, etc. He has a habit of talking aloud when he works.

"This contains a substance known to cause cancer in the state of California"

{pause}

"Wow...they all say that. Glad we're in Virginia, right?"

I can almost here the badum-bum of the drummer.

And yes, we found my cell phone. It was smashed on a main thoroughfare. I must've left it on the roof of the car and it fell off. And after going almost a week without mine, I've discovered I cannot function without one. If we do get rid of a phone, it'll be our landline.

ha! I love it. Living in California would be tough... so much stuff causes cancer there ;)

That's too funny!

I love the table and phone! Very nice choices!

That's crazy!
About your phone. That makes me feel so much better. I did the same thing about 2 weeks ago. Except someone apparently picked mine up before it was smashed and decided to text and call my friends which tipped them off that it wasn't me and they contacted my husband who had the phone turned off. It was sort of freaky though! :)

We've debated the landline elimination. DH would love to do it. I'm skeptical as I'm the one whose cellphone is always on the verge of needing charging. If you go that route, I'd be interested to see how it works out!
