So, all 4 of Sasha's 1 y.o. molars seem to be making the mad dash out of his gums at the same time. He woke up this morning with a fever of 101F and so Hubby took him to the doctor. We weren't sure what the deal was, the effects of his MMR vaccine last week? Another infection? A virus? I asked Hubby to get a note if it was something like his vaccine (non-communicable) for his daycare.
Turns out none of the above. Just really incredibly bad teething. And Hubby, of course, didn't ask for any note so he may be banned from daycare tomorrow too.
Sasha didn't sleep well last night and was kind of grouchy all day yesterday. Off his feed a little bit too, but that could be in part what Hubby fed him.
You see, for lunch he met with a friend at Chili's. And, knowing how much Sasha likes Mac-n-cheez and broccoli, ordered him some for lunch.
Now, the problem is Sasha likes MY Mac-n-cheez. It's extremely fatty and I don't even make a roux anymore...I just melt some fontina and add sharp cheddar to it. And then I put little broccoli florets and noodles into it.
Chili's uses something a great deal like Kraft. And didn't bring the broccoli.
So of course, being the spoiled baby he is, he rejected it outright. And then got mad because nothing better was coming.
Thanks to teething crankiness, probably the last time he'll go out for a while, so no biggie.
